The Pension Board is the governing body of the Fund. It is composed of twelve people: six employer representatives and six employee representatives. Board members must be members of AVENA and are required to step down if their membership in the Fund ends.The Pension Board supervises the activities delegated to the Fund's agents and ensures that there are no conflicts of interest.
AVENA is a collective pension fund that brings together companies from all business sectors. Each member company chooses its own pension plan. Asset management, accounting, day-to-day administration, reinsurance, and investment monitoring are pooled. This model allows for economies of scale and guarantees high-quality service at controlled costs.
